One workspace.
Seven apps that know about each other.
NinjaMind is the shell you work in — terminals, board, chat, editor and a live activity timeline. Dictation, screenshots, sketches, benchmarks and memory run alongside it and write into the same store, so what happens in one app shows up in the others straight away.

Seven apps, installed separately
Every app stands on its own. Install what you need — they find each other through the shared store on your machine.

One account, here and in the apps
Anyone can create an account and use this website. The apps themselves are for the owner and for accounts that were given access or bought it — same account, same sign-in, one extra permission. Every account is verified by email, protected by a lockout, and can add two-factor authentication and recovery codes.
Verified email
Registration sends a six-digit code to your address. Nothing is taken on faith.
Two-factor authentication
Turn on TOTP from your account page and keep eight single-use recovery codes.
End-to-end vault
Secrets stored in the apps are encrypted on your machine. The server only ever holds ciphertext.
Sessions you control
Signing out revokes the session on the server, and changing your password ends every other session.
